    I experienced the most uncouth, unprofessional customer service today by a mature, female staff member who decided to card me. After I was made to produce ID which showed me to be over 40 years old (as if the grey hair wasn't a clue) she condescendingly told me to accept it as a compliment. Worse still I had to endure her description of her aging process. I don't receive this treatment at the wine rack and I will be going there in the future. There is a polite manner of doing things and this staff member didn't demonstrate that. I won't return.

    One of the best locations there is. The LCBO should consider making the rest of there locations more like this one. It has everything you could need and is well staffed. I am in and out fast and happy every time.

    This location didn't accept my girlfriend's Finnish passport because it wasn't in the book of IDs and the cashier Heather humiliated her in front of other customers. Terrible experience my girlfriend is 28 and I'm 27 and being refused with 2 proper IDs is outrages..
