  The customer service at the Leaside Urban Barn was amazing! Maria the sales associate went above and beyond expectations to make my purchase of a custom couch as easy as possible. By far the best retail service I have received in the area and compared to competitors. Would highly recommend this location.

  I came in during the day on Friday December 23rd, to your Leaside location and was greeted by very friendly helpful staff Martha (I believe was her name), I wasnt quite sure that I wanted to purchase the item, the store manager pulled her away from me when I could not decide in whether I wanted the item! I decided to later on in the day, hoping to return to be greeted by Martha again, I returned at approximately 530pm to purchase what I saw during the day and Martha was not there, your evenung staff was rude & uncaring and seemed to be having some kind of disagreement amoungst themselves, 2 of the girls that rang me up were rude, I hope they did not receive a commission on my purchase, the gentleman who was working the floor didnt much care what was occuring, I spent over 300 dollars in your store on one item, that may not be alot to your staff but it is to me.

  3rd time I have made great buys. Love that my headboard was made in BC. Found a great deal on a display lamp and rug. Prices are reasonable for The quality. I own a boutique demand excellent customer service did not disappoint. My go to place for home decor.
