  Just went to this place this Saturday to get the wheel fixed because it was woobly and was hearing a sound from the back wheel as if something is loose. On Sunday, they supposedly fixed it. On Monday rode the bike to work and the back wheel almost came off.

  These people do a half-ass job. Even before I left the shop on Sunday, the wheel seemed woobly and they said that that is how it is.

  You know when you go into most bike shop and staff/mechanics are arrogant because they know more about bikes than you do? Well this is not the case for Gears. Staff is super friendly, in person and on the phone, and very accommodating. I showed up on a Sunday and a mechanic was able to do a gear adjustment immediately and it was done within 20 mins and affordable. Having multiple mechanics on hand is a great business model and I really appreciate the quick and thorough service!

  Great selection of bikes and the reps are very knowledgeable. I got a bike here and they're always ready to service the bikes quickly.

  Gears Bike Shop Manager Ron,threaten to call the police on me because they refuse to give me back my $156.00 depots for a Specialized bike I didn't order. I have a wife and 3 kids to supports. I hope you enjoy the money that you stole from me crooks. They never made anything right. CROOKS!

  Called them in the morning to complain about the wheel coming off and instead of apologizing, they just started defending themselves that we have to look at the bike first. Better stay away from these guys...should have stuck with going to sandy's books and bikes. That is a great place to go for bikes.

  Wow! I took my Bike into Gears to have a 4 gear servicing. It took a week as a part was needed but the Bike was returned better than new. I highly recommend their service work. Trustworthy and Fast.
