City Street Outreach, a non-profit registered charity serving clients in the GTA and surrounding area, would like to send out a huge thank you to Sky Zone Leaside! They so generously donated 50 one hour free passes that were handed out to children from financially challenged families, just in time for family day! The children were thrilled! Thank you Sky Zone for helping to make wonderful memories happen!

Jan. 3/18 update: After writing my initial review I am pleased to say that sky zone has addressed the concern I had with the third party online reservation system. The cost of booking online had changed from $1 per person to 1$ per transaction. Leaves a far better taste in the mouth. As well, I find Shaun to be a very reasonable and helpful manager. Good job sky zone Toronto!!!

Jumping, jumping and more jumping. For some reason doesn't get boring. Amazing facility, clean, week maintained, friendly staff, and well organized. Have attended several toddler birthdays parties at this location and everyone has loved it. They have a few trampoline basket ball in one area and a foam out for trampolining into. Downfall is that some accidents do happen but I haven't witnessed anything too serious.

Sky zone is great for kids and adults alike. As well, it's reasonably priced. However, they need to address their online booking tool. I found it frustrating to get in line at the counter to discover that they were sold out at the time I was trying to book. We ended up having to hang out locally until the kids jump time. The clerk advised that we could book in online to ensure we got our desired time. However, in doing so users incur a one dollar fee per child. I understand sky zone uses a third party to make those bookings and that third party like the rest of the world has to make money. However, I would argue that the service the third party is providing is to sky zone and not consumers. I think sky zone should cover the cost of that service as it will undoubtedly cause, with time, staff reduction. As well, concession fees are high. Fix these two things and I think sky zone is a 5 star.

We always have fun here. They have made some nice changes lately, especially renovating the bathroom which was pretty gross before. There is a variety of jumping to do between the regular trampolines, the foam pits, basketball, and open dodgeball. The cafe has a decent enough selection, if a bit on the expensive side.

Went with my 5 years old for his friend's birthday party. Place is nice and clean. The staff members are friendly and know how to interact with kids, at least those who were assigned to our group. Got a dedicated room for the birthday party which can accommodate a rather large group. Don't have anything particular to complain about. The only reason why I gave this place 3 stars instead of 4 is due to the fact that all jumpers MUST wear there sky socks. While there may appear to be anti-slip feature under those socks, I doubt they are much different than the ordinary socks. To force people to wear them (ie to buy the socks) is just too greedy.
